Actually Christy, your severance package was not bad. Here you get EITHER 30 days notice OR 30 days pay in lieu of notice. You at least got 90 days plus 30 days severance. And, also 2 years is really not that long to stay at one job to get a big severance package. Sorry! Sucks about the pilots though.

I agree - not too shabby! In the UK by law the minimum you get for severance is one week’s pay for every year you have done in the job.
